These covenants have been designed to protect the market and aesthetic value of your Peninsula Bay property, together with your privacy, peace and security. The covenants are also designed to protect the quality of the surrounding environment, for the benefit of your property, and that of Peninsula Bay and the Wanaka community as a whole.

Design Approval

Design approval must be gained from Infinity Investment Group, the developer of Peninsula Bay, prior to applying for your building consent to the Queenstown Lakes District Council. A bond of $2,000 is payable to Infinity Investment Group when design approvals are submitted.

In the event that the design approval application and bond payment are not submitted prior to the start of construction, the developer reserves the right to charge a $250 administration fee to process the delayed development approval application.
